Drs. E.M. (Edwin) Bosma studied at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (Business Economics), the Rotterdam School of Management RSM, INSEAD (Fontainebleau) and the Erasmus School of Accounting & Assurance.

Edwin has a broad background in consultancy, mergers, acquisitions and financial management. He enjoys nothing more than getting to the bottom of complex situations and issues, translating them into a number of clear and realistic steps and then putting these steps into practice with the parties concerned.

As the CFO of a listed company, he has been involved in strategy development and implementation, risk management, financial management, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues amongst other things, in recent years. “Although the CFO is traditionally an administrative role, today the holder of this position is increasingly becoming a business partner that is active at the intersection of strategy, business operations and supervision. Many lines of information come together with him or her, making it possible to recognise, communicate and adjust any imbalance in objectives and realization at an early stage”.
Edwin has an enterprising, no-nonsense approach, strong analytical skills, brings parties together, has excellent communication skills, sets priorities and is honourable and result-oriented. He can advise and guide you on matters pertaining to strategy development, financing and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and the management of change processes. It is also possible to deploy him as a boardroom consultant, supervisory official or for specific projects. He is a member of the policy advisory committee on socio-legal affairs (Beleidsadviescommissie Sociaal-Juridische zaken) at the UNETO VNI sector organisation and is a member of the Netherlands institute of register valuators (Nederlands Instituut van Register Valuators).
