If in-house counselling seems “slightly too much of a good thing” and you would prefer to decide when to call upon our expertise on an ad hoc and case-by-case basis, you may be interested in another service we can offer: external counselling on demand. This makes it possible to utilise our services whenever it suits you. We will be there for you on demand. We charge a fixed basis fee for this service.

As part of this service, you will be able to ask brief legal questions by telephone or by e-mail, and these will be answered by the next working day at the latest, in principle. In a number of cases, you will find that you are able to resolve your problem yourself, on the basis of our reply. This will save you the costs you would otherwise incur if you were to use the services of an advisor.

In a number of other cases, the answer you receive will give you an initial assessment and indication of the possibilities open to you, on the basis of which you will be able to decide whether or not you require (or wish to retain) further advice. Should you wish to receive further advice, this will be organised and developed in close cooperation with you and tailored towards the actual issue involved on a cost-plus basis. In that situation, a cost estimate will be prepared in advance, itemised in stages or in full and fixed fees will be applied where possible. As a result you will know as much as you possibly can, in advance, about where you stand.
