Prof. Dr. Rolf-Peter Janz is affiliated to the institute of German and Dutch philology at the Freie Universität Berlin and to the Freiburg Institute for Advanced Studies (FRIAS), which forms part of the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg.

Peter is also a committee member of the German Association of Germanists (Deutscher Germanistenverband) and a confidential counsellor at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Germany’s oldest organisation for the promotion of democracy, political development and education of students with excellent intellectual and personal abilities. Two of his many specialist areas are international business philosophy and business ethics.
